Total Solar Eclipse 2024: Stargazers and astronomy enthusiasts, take note! The biggest celestial event of the year is almost here, it will take place at night and is known as a Total Solar Eclipse.
The Total Solar Eclipse 2024 will start on April 8, 2024 and will traverse North America, crossing over Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

Following its path from Mexico, the eclipse will pass through Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine before entering the United States in Texas. Beginning in Southern Ontario, the eclipse will cross into Canada and proceed through Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia.
A total solar eclipse occurs when the Moon comes between the Sun and Earth, blocking the sunlight and casting a shadow on Earth. During this celestial event, the Sun, Moon, and Earth align in a straight line, creating a temporary darkening of the sky as viewed from certain locations on Earth.
