PTC News Desk: Tens of thousands of protestors took to the streets and of major US cities on Saturday to oppose the divisive policies of President Donald Trump, in the largest demonstrations since his return to the White House.

"I am so angry, I'm so mad, all the time, yes. A bunch of privileged, white alleged rapists are controlling our country. It's not great," said one of the demonstrator.

"We have about 100 people who have come down by bus and van from New Hampshire to protest against this outrageous administration (that) is causing us to lose our allies across the world, and causing devastation to people here at home," another protestor said.

Critics of the Republican president's policies—ranging from government staffing reductions to trade tariffs and civil liberties concerns—gathered in protest across cities including Washington, New York, Houston, Florida, Colorado, and Los Angeles.

Demonstrators condemned actions by the Trump administration such as the dismissal of thousands of federal employees, the closure of Social Security field offices, the effective dismantling of entire agencies, the deportation of immigrants, the rollback of protections for transgender individuals, and cuts to federal health program funding.
