Toronto, July 24: Gurvinder Nath, a 24-year-old Indian student working as a food delivery partner in Canada, tragically lost his life during a deadly carjacking. The incident occurred around 2:10 am on July 9 in Mississauga's Britannia and Creditview roads when unknown suspects confronted him while he was delivering pizza. The suspects violently assaulted him, attempted to steal his vehicle, and fled the scene, leaving Nath critically injured.

Despite the efforts of multiple witnesses who came to his aid and called for help, Nath succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on July 14 at a trauma center.

Peel Regional Police's Homicide Bureau is investigating the case and believes that multiple suspects were involved. They suspect that the food order was placed as a means to lure the driver to the specific location where the attack took place. An audio recording of the Pizza Pizza order placed before the attack has been obtained by investigators.
