Indian-origin family found dead in Massachusetts Mansion

The bodies were discovered around 7:30 pm on Thursday, with the Norfolk District Attorney, Michael Morrissey, indicating it as a potential domestic violence case. A firearm was found near Rakesh Kamal's body, but specifics about the cause of death have not been disclosed pending the medical examiner's report.
The Indian family, earlier involved in the education systems business with their company EduNova, seemed to have faced financial difficulties in recent times. A relative found the bodies after not hearing from the family for a day or two, prompting a visit to their Massachusetts mansion. The investigation, while in its early stages, doesn't suggest involvement from an outside party, hinting at a possible domestic violence incident.

According to reports and records, the Kamal family acquired the expansive estate spanning 19,000 square feet, featuring 11 bedrooms, for a reported $4 million in 2019. The Kamal family's lavish estate, previously facing foreclosure, was sold in 2022. No other individuals were residing in the mansion at the time of the incident. Both Rakesh and Teena Kamal held significant educational backgrounds and had been associated with prestigious institutions before their company's dissolution in 2021. Teena had filed for bankruptcy, while Ariana was a student pursuing neuroscience at Middlebury College.

The tragic occurrence has deeply affected the Dover community, which is not accustomed to such violence, as stated by the district attorney.
