Washington, June 22: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's inaugural state visit to the United States will feature a splendid State Dinner hosted by President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden. The culinary arrangements for the event were meticulously planned by the First Lady herself, in collaboration with renowned guest chef Nina Curtis and the talented chefs of the White House.

The menu, which was unveiled at a media preview held at the White House, promises an array of exquisite flavors and innovative combinations.


Among the delectable offerings is a dish of crisped millet cakes accompanied by a refreshing lemon-dill yogurt sauce. This appetising starter is complemented by the inclusion of summer squashes, which lend their vibrant colors and flavors to the plate.
