WATCH: MS Dhoni in hilarious avatar in new promo of IPL 2022
As the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) released the complete schedule of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, the official broadcaster launched a new promo featuring MS Dhoni in a hilarious avatar.
The first match of the 10-team IPL 2022 season will be played between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders.

Ahead of the cash-rich T20 league, the official broadcaster Star Sports launched a new promo featuring superstar MS Dhoni. In the hilarious promo, 'Thala' can be seen dressed up as an old man watching the IPL with his family.

The complete schedule of IPL 2022 has been released. A total of 70 league matches will be played from March 26 to May 22 while the final will be played on May 29. However, the venue and schedule of the four playoff matches have not been announced yet.
