Virat Kohli reaches top position in ICC Men's ODI Player Rankings
Indian skipper Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma are the Indian batsmen in the ICC Men's ODI Player Rankings while Kohli has made himself placed in T20I rankings as well following a spectacular series win 3-2. Kohli, who slammed an unbeaten 80 off 52 balls as an opener, has moved up one place to fourth position. He is now the highest-ranked from the country ahead of KL Rahul. Kohli is on fourth, KL Rahul on fifth while Glenn Maxwell is on seventh. Interestingly, Aaron Finch is on the second spot while Babar Azam is on the third. In bowling, Tabraiz Shamsi is at the top of the T20I bowling rankings. However, no Indian bowler and all-rounder are among the top ten of T20I player rankings. In bowling, Trent Boult is on the top of the ODI rankings while there is no Indian bowler in the top 10. In the all-rounder category (ODI), only Ravindra Jadeja is among the top ten players.
