Unlock 5 guidelines issued in September to remain in force till Nov 30

Unlock 5 Guidelines Extended: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued an order on Monday to extend the guidelines for Re-opening, issued on September 30, to remain in force up to November 30, 2020. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Home Affairs, while extending Unlock 5 guidelines, stated that the lockdown would continue to be implemented strictly in the Containment Zones till November 30, 2020. Meanwhile, there would be no restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement of persons and goods. Likewise, no separate permission/approval/e-permit will be required for such movements. Almost all the activities across the nation were put on halt by the government of India on March 24 when the first COVID-19 lockdown was imposed to contain the spread of COVID-19. • International air travel
• Swimming pools for training sportsmen
• Cinemas/ multiplexes to operate with 50 per cent capacity
• Social/ academic/ sports events should take place with 50 per cent occupancy of the stadium/ venue
