PTC News Desk: A video of online delivery agent has triggered a debate on social media leaving netizens divided.

The delivery man documented the entire incident which showed both the building from where the order was picked up and where it was supposed to be delivered and the total distance between the two was barely a two minute walk.
The video left the netizens divided with some commenting against the delivery agent and urging to reserve the judment while others criticised the customer for using a delivery app for such a short distance.
One of the users said, “If I’m busy working from home and my friend needs the controllers and game, I would do the same. There is a service available - why not use it?” said one user.
“Given the delivery is for 2 controllers and a CD, it’s likely they are just lazy,” a user said. Another added, “And then people will complain about health problems.”
