On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to X (formerly Twitter) to share this heartwarming news, posting a video of himself tenderly interacting with the calf.
In his post, PM Modi celebrated the special occasion by quoting a cherished saying, "Gav: Sarvasukh Prada," meaning "The cow provides all happiness." He introduced the newest member of his residence, naming the calf "Deepjyoti," or "Light of the Flame," inspired by a light-shaped mark on its forehead.
Sharing the video, PM Modi revealed that he named the calf "Deepjyoti" due to a "symbol of light" on its forehead. In the footage posted on X, Modi is seen sitting with the calf at a temple within his residence. The video captures him playfully interacting with the calf, gently caressing the mark on its forehead, and showing affection by petting and kissing it.
