PTC Web Desk: A wedding ceremony in Andhra Pradesh's Alluri Sitarama Raju District has attracted widespread attention. Sageni Pandana married Lavanya on June 25 in a ceremony co-hosted by his two other wives, Parvathamma and Appalamma.

The wives not only co-hosted the ceremony but also helped in arranging the match after Pandana decided to marry a woman of his choice for the third time.

Pandanna, a resident of Gullelu village in Alluri Sitarama Raju district, married his first wife Parvathamma in 2000. He married Appalamma again in 2007 with Parvathamma's consent because they did not have children.

However, what sets the story apart is that when Pandanna showed a desire for another child, his previous wife decided to marry him off to a third woman.

Pandanna expressed a desire to marry Lavanya, also known as Laxmi, who was from Bandhaveedhi in Killamkota village.

The grand ceremony was held on June 25, 2024, in the presence of both sides of the family. After their marriage became a topic of discussion in Telugu states, the family relocated to an unknown location away from the public eye.

According to locals, Pandanna, a member of the Scheduled Tribes' Kodadora caste, works as a day labourer and owns agricultural land. His wives additionally support him in his work.
