PTC News Desk: A woman's incredible survival story in Australia's forest for five days is making rounds on the internet. The 48-year-old woman, identified as Lillian, survived solely on a bottle of wine and lollipops.

According to Victoria Police, Lillian's vehicle got stuck in mud after taking a wrong turn and reaching a dead-end road. As there was no mobile coverage in the area, Lillian couldn't seek help. Her loved ones got worried when she failed to make her daily call, and they alerted the authorities, which led to extensive police searches that eventually led to her location.

Lillian was found 60 kilometers away from the nearest town, and due to health issues, she couldn't try to walk for help, so she stayed with her car. She only planned for a short-day trip and packed a couple of snacks, lollies, and a bottle of wine, which she had bought as a gift for her mother. She doesn't drink, but the wine bottle helped her survive since it was the only liquid she had. She was also able to use the heater in her car to stay warm overnight.

Victoria Police shared aerial footage of the region where Lillian was found, showing the moment Air Wing located her car at the end of a dirt road in the Mitta Mitta bushland. Lillian can be seen waving at the helicopter, and then a police van arrives on the scene. The officers can be seen approaching Lillian and leading her to the van. She was later taken to a hospital for medical observation and treatment of dehydration.
