PTC News Desk: Common health problems that have been impacting people of all ages include constipation, acidity, urinary tract infections (UTI), and immunity. Constipation can cause bloating and discomfort, which makes going about everyday tasks difficult. Acidity frequently causes indigestion and heartburn, which are uncomfortable conditions. People with low immunity are more prone to infections and diseases on a regular basis.

Finding long-term, practical answers to these issues is a challenge for many, particularly given the sedentary lifestyle and prevalence of sitting occupations in today's society. Due to this, these problems are now far more prevalent, and finding relief appears to take forever. But what if we told you there was a way to solve the problem without using drugs or requiring a lot of treatments?

A dietitian makes a cocktail with everyday kitchen materials in an Instagram Reel. According to Palak, you can eat it all day. In the clip, she states, "Here's the most underrated food that can help you deal with constipation, acidity, boosting immunity, UTI, colon cleansing and you must add to it to your day if you are trying to lose weight." She continues, "Do you know keeping these sanja seeds in your kitchen having it with a tablespoon of water, a dash of lemon and honey can help you with everything I just mentioned."

Palak states in the description of her Instagram that the drink's ingredients are a "must-have in your kitchen." She states, "Basil seeds and Sabja seeds have many health benefits." outlining each of these. They provide a lot of dietary fiber, which helps ease constipation and encourage regular bowel movements.

These seeds have the capacity to absorb large amounts of liquid and create a covering that resembles gel when soaked in water. The fiber in basil seeds can contribute to a contented and full feeling. Essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants found in basil seeds can support general health. Basil seeds are good for those with diabetes or PCOS since they help control blood sugar levels."

Palak cautions, saying, "It's important to include basil seeds in a balanced diet, but for personalized advice, especially if you have specific health concerns, consult with a healthcare professional." Everybody is different, too. Since everyone's body reacts differently to basil seeds, it's a good idea to start with little amounts and see how your body responds."

Watch it here:

"Take 1tbsp sabja seeds add them to 1L water. Add little lemon & 1tsp honey. Sip on it," Palak summarises the easy-peasy recipe for the drink.
