Rhea Singha crowned as Miss Universe India 2024
PTC News Desk: Rhea Singha has been officially crowned Miss Universe India 2024, earning the opportunity to represent the country at the upcoming Miss Universe 2024 pageant. The grand finale took place on Sunday in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and was marked by a thrilling atmosphere as contestants vied for the coveted title.
Rhea emerged victorious from a talented group of participants, and her win was met with exuberant applause from the audience. Overcome with joy, she spoke to ANI shortly after her victory, exclaiming, “Today I won the title of Miss Universe India 2024. I am so thankful. I have put in so much effort to reach this level where I can consider myself worthy enough for this crown. I am so inspired by the previous winners.”
The event featured actress Urvashi Rautela, a former Miss Universe India 2015, as one of the judges. Urvashi shared her excitement about the new winner, expressing optimism for India's chances at the global competition.
“I feel what all the girls are feeling. The winners are mind-blowing. They will represent our country very well in Miss Universe. I am hopeful that India will win the Miss Universe crown again this year. All the girls have been hard-working, dedicated, and extremely beautiful,” she remarked.
With her title secured, Rhea is now focused on preparing for the Miss Universe competition, which is scheduled to take place later this year. Her journey ahead promises to be an exciting one as she steps onto the international stage to showcase her talents and represent India.
