Punjab High Court slams AG over Lawrence Bishnoi interview, demands clarity on process
PTC News Desk: In the ongoing Lawrence Bishnoi interview case, the Punjab-Haryana High Court has adopted a firm and uncompromising stance. During the hearing, the court strongly rebuked the Advocate General of Punjab, expressing its dissatisfaction with the manner in which the case has been handled.

In a significant move, the High Court summoned the Punjab Chief Secretary and the Home Secretary, instructing them to personally appear before the court by 2 pm. This directive was issued as the court seeks further clarification on the matter, particularly regarding the involvement of state authorities in allowing such an interview to take place. The court expressed its frustration at the lack of accountability and transparency in the situation.
