Nita Ambani brings Varanasi chaat vendors for Anant Ambani's wedding after sampling their delicacies
PTC News Desk: Nita Ambani flew to Varanasi a few days before Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding, when she sampled some traditional fare at a chaat shop. She praised the delectable cuisine and mentioned how much her millionaire husband Mukesh Ambani would have enjoyed it.
The flavours were reportedly so delicious that Nita chose to add a hint of Varanasi to her son's wedding feast.
The Instagram video that has been uploaded with the caption, "Auspicious beginnings: An ode to Kashi."
The statement said, "The Ambani family will be paying respect to the holy city of Kashi or Varanasi at the much-anticipated wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika, in keeping with our Founder & Chairperson, Mrs. Nita Ambani's objective of sharing India's rich cultural heritage with the globe.
"The birthplace of Indian civilisation, Varanasi lies in the sacred embrace of the Ganga." Prior to the wedding, Mrs. Nita Ambani visited the historic center of culture to ask Kashi Vishwanath for the couple's blessings. It went on, "Her profound respect for the 'Eternal City' is demonstrated by the carefully considered theme elements of the wedding, where its beauty, positivity, light, and purity will be reimagined in magnificent ways."

She continued, "We have attempted to pay homage to India's wonderful culture and legacy brought alive by hundreds of Artisans, karigars, weavers, and craftsmen during the celebrations of Anant and Radhika's wedding. It gives me great pleasure to recreate and portray our legacy's purity, positivism, and beauty at the wedding. the piety of our customs and rites, the grace of our gods and goddesses, and the intercession of our priests and saints.
She also says "Namaste Rajesh ji" to the Varanasi chaatwala in the video. Achcha laga yahan dekh kar aapko.
At that, he said, "Bahut achcha laga." Wo pura aapne kia, aapne hamko yahan bulane ka wada kia tha.

Today, July 12, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, Anant Ambani, the youngest son of billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani, will tie the knot with Radhika Merchant, the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant and businesswoman Shaila Merchant.
The couple got engaged at Antilia, the Ambani family's opulent estate, in 2023 after having their roka ceremony in Rajasthan in 2022.
The pair celebrated their engagement with two pre-wedding events this year: one in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and the other on a European cruise.
