Internet reacts to Kuwait store's Rs 1 lakh 'bathroom slippers'
PTC News Desk: Sandals are being sold by a Saudi Arabian shop in Kuwait for about 4,500 Riyals, or Rs 1 lakh. Many Indians are interested in these sandals because of their price, but they are critical of their exorbitant cost, pointing out that they resemble the slippers that are typically worn to the restroom.

"The latest fashion 'Zanouba' at a price of 4500 riyals," said the video's caption. The video has received a wide range of responses on social media since it was posted. "At this point, they are just trying to sell anything to the rich," a person commented.
Someone another wrote, "So We have been using 4500 riyal slippers for the toilet our whole life". "Our bathroom slippers as a family," said a third individual.

"This slippers are available in India for 60 rupees." Added a fourth user. "In India, we primarily use this for going to the washroom," another person wrote.
"It is actually the best Mother's Day gift," someone said. The ultimate tool for all mothers. I look like I'm wearing my mom's slippers now. Scamming at its best, one Instagram user commented.
