Gunshot fired at Punjab IAS Officer's residence in Chandigarh on Diwali night
Chandigarh, November 13: A bullet was discharged into the bedroom of the IAS officer around 11:30 pm on the night of Diwali.
The IAS officer is presently serving in the Punjab health department. Late at night, an alarming incident unfolded as unidentified individuals opened fire at the residence of IAS officer Varinder Kumar Sharma. In response to this unsettling event, the police have initiated a case against the yet-to-be-identified perpetrator, launching a thorough investigation to uncover the motives behind this act.
