Tejinder Bagga case: BJP to protest outside Arvind Kejriwal's house
New Delhi, May 7: Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party leader Tejinder Bagga will lead a protest outside the residence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday. The massive protest by BJP workers comes a day after Tejinder Bagga was arrested by Punjab police on Friday. Heavy police presence has been spotted outside Kejriwal’s residence ahead of the planned protest. Notably, Bagga arrived at his home in Delhi on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday after he was detained by Punjab Police in the national capital the previous day. As per sources, the police have made preparations to confront any situation and the special branch of the police has been activated for the purpose along with the deployment of a heavy force around the Chief Minister's residence. According to media sources, the Delhi Police have put up three layers of barricades, while the CRPF has been deployed to maintain law and order. Over a hundred protesters are anticipated to attend Bagga's protest. According to sources, BJP leaders Majinder Singh Sirsa and RP Singh will also join the demonstration.
