Sunil Grover to be discharged from hospital after heart surgery
Sunil Grover health update: Actor and comedian Sunil Grover who recently underwent heart surgery will be discharged from the hospital on Thursday. The 44-year-old actor had successful heart surgery in Mumbai's Asian Heart Institute. Grover, who rose to fame after playing the roles of Gutthi and Dr Mashoor Gulati on 'The Kapil Sharma Show', is currently recovering. The hospital authorities sharing Sunil Grover's health update said that he will be discharged today. Earlier on Wednesday, actor-writer-producer Simi Garewal had taken to Twitter to extend her well wishes to the actor. "Am shocked that @WhoSunilGrover has had heart surgery. Filling our hearts with laughter & joy..at the cost of his own. I pray he recovers fast. He has a formidable talent...& I'm a huge fan!!" she tweeted. He finished the shoot and left for his treatment. He had blockages in his heart. Grover is a well-known television actor and comedian who has performed on series like 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' and 'The Kapil Sharma Show.' After becoming a household name, he appeared in films such as 'Kanpur Wale Khuranas' and 'Gangs Of Filmistaan.' Apart from his television appearances, he has recently been in films such as 'Bharat,' 'Pataakha,' 'Tandav,' and 'Sunflower,' among others, for which he has received a lot of praise. He has also acted in films such as Aamir Khan's 2008 hit 'Ghajini,' Akshay Kumar's 'Gabbar Is Back,' and 'The Legend of Bhagat Singh.'
