IPL mega auctions: Find out who joined your favourite IPL team | Complete List

PTC Web Desk: The IPL mega auction 2025 took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on November 24 and 25. Key players like Shardul Thakur, Prithvi Shaw, and Mayank Agarwal remained unsold, while Bhuvneshwar Kumar joined Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 10.75 crore. Over two days, 10 teams spent a total of Rs 639.15 crore on 182 players. Eight RTM cards were utilised, with 120 Indian and 62 overseas players being bought.

Indian stars Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer emerged as the top buys, with Lucknow purchasing Pant for Rs 27 crore and Punjab acquiring Shreyas Iyer for Rs 26.75 crore. Interestingly, the five most expensive players were all Indian.


Chennai Super Kings squad

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) made some notable purchases, bringing back Ravichandran Ashwin for Rs 9.75 crore and Sam Curran for Rs 2.40 crore. The full CSK squad from the auction includes
