Sidhu Moosewala murder: Kabaddi player who got weapons from Goldy Brar held
Ludhiana, June 25: In a development in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case, the Ludhiana police have arrested a Patiala-based kabaddi player for reportedly supplying illegal weapons to Lawrence Bishnoi's aide Baldev Chaudhary. Notably, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was the mastermind behind the killing of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. According to police, 221-year-old kabaddi player Jaskaran Singh alias Karan of Patiala, Bhadson had received three weapons in March from gangster Goldy Brar, a co-accused in the Moosewala killing. Ballu is already in police custody and was apprehended by the CIA-2 wing of the Ludhiana Commissionerate on June 19, The police seized two imported pistols from his possession. The cops arrested Karan from Bhadson after receiving information from Chaudhary. Karan has no criminal record. Police produced him before the court on Friday after which he was sent to police custody for two days, informed Inspector Beant Juneja.
