SGPC organizes langar for stranded people at Amritsar Airport
Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) organized langar for all the stranded passengers at the Amritsar airport. The langar was organized on Wednesday after Amritsar airport was shut down admist escalation of tension between India and Pakistan.

India has shut down five airports at Pathankot, Leh, Srinagar, Jammu, and Amritsar for civilian traffic. This decision was taken shortly after an IAF jet crashed in Kashmir's Budgam district. In Srinagar and Amritsar, the civilian air traffic has been suspended temporarily.
