WhatsApp starts rolling out 'Message Yourself' feature; know how it works
WhatsApp's 'Message Yourself' feature: After a long wait, Meta-owned WhatsApp has finally made its 'Message Yourself' feature available to all iOS and Android users worldwide including India. Users can have a 1:1 conversation with themselves on the platform and send notes, updates, pictures, and documents to themselves in their own chat.
The feature was previously released for testing to a small group of beta users. WhatsApp users can now send notes, reminders, shopping lists, and other items to themselves in order to manage their to-do lists with the help of this new feature.

This chat will be visible only to you and accessible only to you. Nobody else on WhatsApp can see the content that you share in the chat.
While the feature has only recently arrived on WhatsApp, the ability to chat with yourself has long been available on Telegram, WhatsApp's rival. The feature has been available on Telegram since its inception.
How It Works:
To use the new WhatsApp feature, open the application on your phone. Now, click on Create a New Chat, and your contact card will appear at the top of your contact list.
Click on that to begin messaging yourself.
