Punjab Education Minister Vijay Inder Singla on Tuesday announced that the schools in Punjab would open only after the coronavirus pandemic is over. The schools would not open for classes up to 8. The schools reopened for Classes 9 to 12 as of the order issued in October but only few of them attended the classes. Vijay Inder Singla further said that the government is monitoring the situation closely.
