Russia-Ukraine War Day 8 Highlights: As the war between Russia and Ukraine escalates, the Ukrainian officials have confirmed Russia's capture of southern city Kherson, reported AFP. The death toll in the Russia and Ukraine war has been increasing.
The United Nation stated that 752 civilian casualties have been reported in Ukraine as a result of Russia's invasion of the country. The United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine said as of midnight on March 1 it has recorded 752 civilian casualties in Ukraine since the beginning of the war by Russia.

The Russia-Ukraine war death toll has been rising rapidly. There seems no solution to the war between the two nations as the world's diplomatic leaders failed to convince Russia's President Vladimir Putin to put an end to war.

Ukraine claimed that it has killed over 6,000 Russian soldiers since the beginning of the war. Meanwhile, Russia and Ukraine have agreed to meet for the second round of talks on Thursday.

The city mayor said that "for the Ukrainian flag to continue flying over us" he negotiated with the Russian forces several conditions, including:
1. Strict curfew from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
2. Cars are only allowed to drive in daylight.
3. Only cars carrying necessary supplies such as food and medicine can enter the city.
4. Citizens can walk alone or in groups of two people. They have to stop when demanded. They must not confront the Russian forces.
