Punjabi actor Upasana Singh files petition against Miss Universe 2021 Harnaz Kaur Sandhu
Chandigarh: Miss Universe Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu has invited controversy around her first Punjabi film. Punjab Actress Upasana Singh has filed a case against Harnaz Kaur Sandhu in the Chandigarh District Court for not cooperating in the promotion of the film as per the contract.

According to information, popular Hindi and Punjabi actress Upasana Singh has filed a petition against Harnaz Kaur Sandhu in the district court of Chandigarh. The actor has leveled serious allegations against Miss Universe. Upasana Singh filed a petition in the civil court through her lawyers Karan Sachdeva and Irwineet Kaur and told the court that Harnaz Kaur Sandhu is the leading heroine of her Punjabi film "Bai Ji Kuttangay” to be released on August 19.
Before the shooting of this film, Harnaz Kaur Sandhu had a regular legal agreement with the company that made this film under banner of "Santosh Entertainment Studio", according to which Harnaz Sandhu had to give some days for the promotion activity of the film according to the promotion plan of the film.
Reportedly, the film was completed before he won the title. After winning this title, there was a sudden change in her behavior. She forgot all his responsibilities towards the film. The release date of this movie was earlier 27-05-2022. As Harnaz Sandhu did not give any response for the promotion, this date was changed to 19-08 2022 but still no response is being given by her.
Upasana Singh said that Harnaz Kaur Sandhu has broken the trust of everyone and also violated the legal agreement which is wrong. She Further said that for the first time in her career of more than 25 years, she has seen that a heroine is adopting such behavior.
