Punjab: TikTok star Noor and her father test positive for coronavirus
Punjab: 5-year-old TikTok star Noor aka Noorpreet Kaur and her father Satnam Singh from Bhinder Kalan village of Moga, have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The death toll due to coronavirus in Punjab increased to 423 on Sunday as the state reported 18 new deaths. Likewise, Punjab recorded 792 new cases taking the tally to 17,853.
Moga Civil Surgeon Dr Amanpreet Kaur Bajwa stated that Noor’s family was tested as Noor was invited for Rakhi celebrations at Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s residence on Monday. Noor was supposed to tie the CM a Rakhi. She added that Noor and her father have been isolated as both are asymptomatic.
Meanwhile, Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal took to Twitter and wrote: "Our very own TikTok star Noor, of Moga, and her father have tested positive for Corona. Wishing them both a speedy recovery."

Likewise, Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal said in a tweet: "Just learnt that little Noor, Moga's 5-yr-old TikTok star, and her father tested COVID-19 positive. Praying for their swift recovery."
