He said that "We are against this bill. 20 lakh farmers are going to be affected. More than 30,000 Arhtiyas are going to be affected. More than 3 lakh Mandi labourers are going to be affected. More than 15-20 lakh Khet Mazdoor are going to be affected." "Punjab is a state of farmers. There are several states that worked hard to promote tourism, some on the IT industry, but Punjab has worked hard to build up the farming infrastructure," Sukhbir Singh Badal said.
