Punjab elections 2022: Poll process begins, 12 nominations filed on Day 1
Mohali, January 25: The poll process for the Assembly elections in Punjab started on Tuesday with the issuance of a notification regarding nominations. Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab, Dr S Karuna Raju said as per the data available on the encore software, only 12 nominations were filed in Punjab till 6 pm on the first day.
