Punjab elections 2022: BJP releases 2nd list of 27 candidates
Punjab BJP candidate list 2022: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday released the second list of 27 candidates for the upcoming Punjab Assembly Elections 2022. Fateh Singh Bajwa has been deployed from Batala while Vijay Sampla will be contesting from Phagwara.

The BJP is contesting the assembly elections for the 117 seats in Punjab in alliance with Amarinder Singh-led Punjab Lok Congress and Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa-led Shiromani Akali Dal (Sanyukt). BJP is contesting on 65 seats while Punjab Lok Congress will contest on 37 and SAD (Sanyukt) on 15 seats.

Punjab Assembly elections 2022 are scheduled to be held on February 20 while the counting of votes will take place on March 10.
