Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann accepts Baba Farid University VC Dr Raj Bahadur's resignation
Chandigarh: Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Mann on Thursday accepted Baba Farid Medical University Vice Chancellor Dr. Raj Bahadur's resignation officially. After a dispute with Punjab Health Minister Chetan Singh Jaudamajra, Vice Chancellor Dr. Raj Bahadur sent his resignation to the Chief Minister on July 29.

Health Minister Chetan Singh Jouramajra was caught in a tight spot after he asked Dr Raj Bahadur to lie on a “dirty” patient’s bed at Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital here on Friday.
A video of the Minister “forcibly asking the Vice-Chancellor to lie on the bed” has been doing the rounds.
