SAD leader Visra Singh Valtoha acquitted in 6-year-old case
Chandigarh, February 17: Former SAD MLA Virsa Singh Valtoha was acquitted in a six-year-old case under political rivalry by Captain Government.
Notably, as soon as Captain Amrinder Singh formed the government in 2017, Congress worker Tejpreet Singh Peter Bhikhiwind filed a case under Section 189 at Sadar Tarn Taran.

The case was filed by the Modi government in full misuse.
Former MLA and SAD leader Virsa Singh Valtoha, Senior Lawyer of Legal Cell of Shiromani Akali Daland Jasaikbal Singh Dhillon (Advocate J. S Dhillon) stepped in full swing.
Advocate J. S Dhillon accepted the arguments of S Dhillon.
Valtoha was acquitted by Tarn Taran Shri Rajesh Ahluwalia court.
Meanwhile, Akali workers rejoiced over Valtoha's acquittal. Valtoha also thanked Waheguru and Justice System for getting justice from the court.
Advocate Kanwaljit Singh Bath and several other Akali leaders and workers were also present at the occasion.
