Punjab weather update: Heavy rain, thunderstorms likely in THESE districts
Punjab Weather update: Several parts of Punjab and Haryana are very likely to witness heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning on Saturday.
According to IMD Chandigarh, parts of Fazilka, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Bathinda, Faridkot, and Firozepur will receive heavy rainfall. While, parts of Sangrur, Patiala, Fatehgarh Sahib, Ludhiana, Rupnagar, Jalandhar, SBS Nagar and Hoshiarpur will witness moderate rain.
As per IMD Chandigarh forecast, Haryana's Sirsa will witness heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning on Saturday while moderate rain is very likely over parts of Kaithal.
Meanwhile, the temperature in Chandigarh on Saturday is 30.61 degrees Celsius. The day's forecast predicts a minimum temperature of 26.65 °C and a maximum temperature of 33.62 °C. On Sunday, Chandigarh is expected to have a low and maximum temperature of 25.03 °C and 32.33 °C, respectively.
