Mohali RPG attack case: Treat juvenile as an adult, says court
Mohali RPG attack case: The district court of Mohali ordered that the juvenile is to be treated as an adult in the case.
The juvenile underwent the clinical tests, psychological and other tests at PGI, Chandigarh on November 2.
On the basis of IQ (intelligence quotient) test reports of juvenile, Court of the Juvenile Justice Board, Sonal Singh, pronounced the order to treat him as an adult.
Notably, a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) was fired at a high-security building housing Punjab police’s intelligence wing headquarters in Sector 77 of Mohali in the month of May. The grenade landed on the third floor of the building but did not explode.
