Engineer falls into 60-feet deep borewell on Jammu-Katra NH near Jalandhar, rescue op underway
PTC Exclusive: In a harrowing incident, an engineer has reportedly fallen into a 60-foot deep borewell near Jalandhar on the Jammu-Katra National Highway, triggering a frantic rescue operation by local authorities.
The incident took place during the construction of the Delhi-Kattra Expressway near Jalandhar.
The district administration and NDRF teams are engaged in the rescue operation, with the medical team instructed to be prepared for treatment as soon as the trapped engineer is rescued from the borewell.
