ED conducts raids at AAP MLA Kulwant Singh's residence in money laundering case
PTC News Desk: The Enforcement Directorate is carrying out raids at over 15 locations, including the home of AAP leader Kulwant Singh in Mohali, in connection with the Pearl Agro Corporation Limited (PACL) case, which involves an investor fraud worth ₹48,000 crore.
The ED teams along with the local police reached the house of MLA Kulwant Singh in the Janata Land Promoters Limited (JLPL) area of Mohali this morning. JLPL is Kulwant Singh's real estate company. According to ED sources, Kulwant Singh was not present at his residence and agency's team is questioning his family members.
In connection with the case, several ED teams are conducting raids at 15 different locations across Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Delhi.
An FIR has been filed against individuals linked to the late Nirmal Singh Bhangoo for unlawfully selling off properties belonging to PACL and its associated companies.
