Barnala double murder case: Mother-daughter duo murdered, son-in-law critically injured in Sekha by unidentified miscreants
Barnala double murder case: The crime rate in Punjab is increasing with the each passing day and is also raising questions on the law-and-order situation in the state.
Every day such incidents are coming to the fore where unscrupulous miscreants are committing crimes openly.

Tension and chaos gripped Punjab’s Barnala as the horrific and shocking , double murder case came in fore on Wednesday as some unknown miscreants brutally killed a mother and daughter in Sekha village of Barnala.
The incident came to light in the wee hours of Wednesday when unknown persons entered the house in Sekha village and killed the mother and daughter. The son-in-law staying with daughter and mother has been also attacked and is critically injured.
The deceased have been identified as Harbans Kaur (mother), Paramjit Kaur (daughter) and Rajdeep Singh (son-in-law) whose condition is critical and is admitted in the government hospital in Barnala.
As per the preliminary investigation, miscreants carried out the murder with sharp weapon and also stole DVR of the CCTV camera installed in the house.

Currently, the investigation is underway.
