Former Punjab cop arrested with heroin: Known for his well-built physique, stands at a height of 7 feet 6 inches and America’s Got Talent fame ex-Punjab cop Jagdeep Singh has been arrested in Punjab’s Tarn Taran with heroin.

With the courageous acts of valour and muscular strength, Jagdeep Singh advanced to the finals of America's Got Talent (AGT), but has also won the hearts of Americans who witnessed the bearded and turban-wearing Indian youths' spirited acts in the real world, despite the event being recorded in a Hollywood studio.

The former Punjab cop who rose to the fame and won the hearts of Americans has been apprehended by State Special Operation Cell for allegedly possessing around 500 gm of heroin. He was apprehended in the Tarn Taran area, where the police had set up a check-post following information about drug trafficking. 

Notably, former Punjab Police constable and renowned Gatka player, Jagdeep Singh, alias Deep Singh also participated in United States with "Bir Khalsa Group." He also starred in several web series, shows and movies. 

 Former police officers or currently positioned high post authorities being arrested for drug-related offenses raises questions on the positions and law and situation of the state.
