'Akali Dal Waris Punjab De': Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal Singh's party name unveiled at Maghi Conference
PTC News Desk: Staunch Khalistan vocalist and Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal Singh's regional political party has been announced. Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh's party has been named 'Akali Dal Waris Punjab De'. The names was unveiled on Tuesday at Maghi Conference in Sri Muktsar Sahib.
Notably MP Amritpal Singh is currently incarcerated in Assam's Dibrugarh jail. Several stringent acts including UAPA and NSA have been charged against Singh.
The party will have the following members in its committee:
1. Bapu Tarsem Singh Ji
2. Bhai Sarbjit Khalsa Ji
3. Amardeep Singh
4. Harbhajan Singh
5. Surjit Singh
"We are launching the membership form today. Anyone who loves Punjab can join us by filling out the form and becoming a member. Let us come together to save Punjab and protect the Panth," Amritpal Singh's father, Tarsem Singh, said.
The president of the party will be elected on April 13 on the account of Vaisakhi.
