I have always given my best to party and to people who elected me, says Congress MP Preneet Kaur
Patiala, February 4: A day after the Congress high command suspended Patiala MP Preneet Kaur from the party for "anti-party" activities to help the BJP, she took to her Twitter handle on Saturday and said "Congress can take any decision it likes".
Preneet Kaur said, "The Congress is welcome to take whatever decision it wants. I have always given my best to the party and to the people who have repeatedly elected me. I owe it to them and will continue to serve them, as always. I derive my strength from my people. Everything else is secondary."

To a query on the notice issued by the Congress leadership, she said her response would be duly conveyed to the media when deemed fit.
All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary and member secretary of disciplinary action committee (DAC) Tariq Anwar on Friday suspended Preneet Kaur from the party after the Congress president received a complaint from PPCC chief Amrinder Singh Raja Warring with regard to "anti-party" activities.
She has been asked to explain within three days why she should not be expelled for “anti-party activities” to held the BJP.
