AAP MP Sushil Kumar Rinku suspended for rest of Monsoon session
PTC News Desk: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sushil Kumar Rinku has been suspended from the Lok Sabha for the remainder of the Monsoon Session for throwing papers at the Chair when the vote on the Delhi services Bill was ongoing.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi moved the motion. Speaker Om Birla sought approval of the House before announcing the decision.
He is the only AAP MP in the Lok Sabha, and his suspension follows that of AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, who has also been stopped from attending the rest of the session for causing a commotion in the Upper House over the Manipur violence issue.
