Panchkula (Haryana), July 20:  The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has launched its "Kejriwal Ki 5 Guarantee" initiative as part of its campaign for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections. The announcement was made on Saturday in Panchkula, with prominent party leaders in attendance, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's wife, Sunita Kejriwal, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Sandeep Pathak, and Sushil Gupta.

The "Kejriwal Ki 5 Guarantee" is a set of promises aimed at addressing key issues in Haryana amid the upcoming Assembly elections. The first guarantee focuses on providing free and continuous electricity. The party pledges to eliminate power cuts and waive all outstanding domestic electricity bills, aiming to replicate the electricity reforms seen in Delhi and Punjab.

Healthcare Promises: The second guarantee involves significant improvements to the healthcare system. AAP promises to establish Mohalla Clinics in every village and neighbourhood, similar to their approach in Delhi and Punjab. Existing government hospitals will be revamped, and new facilities will be built. The party vows that all medical treatments, including tests, medicines, surgeries, and consultations, will be provided free of charge.

Education Sector Commitments: In education, AAP has pledged to enhance government schools to make them attractive alternatives to private institutions. The party promises to eradicate the so-called "education mafia" and address issues such as unjustified fee hikes by private schools. The goal is to provide high-quality, free education and make government schools desirable for families.

Monthly Stipend for Women: The party has also promised a monthly stipend of Rs 1,000 to all mothers and sisters in Haryana. This promise mirrors a similar pledge made in Punjab, which has faced delays in implementation. The AAP aims to offer financial support to women across the state, but the effectiveness of this commitment will be closely monitored, given the previous challenges in Punjab.

Employment Opportunities: To address unemployment, AAP promises to create job opportunities for every unemployed youth in Haryana. The party cites its record in Punjab and Delhi, where it claims to have facilitated the creation of 45,000 government jobs and over three lakh private jobs in Punjab, and 2.5 lakh government jobs and 12 lakh private jobs in Delhi.
