Petrol and diesel prices in India hiked once again, details inside

Fuel Prices Hike: After one-day hiatus, the petrol and diesel prices in India have been hiked once again on Saturday to surpass the Rs 100 mark at even more places. In the seventh hike of July, petrol has become costlier by 35 paise in Delhi while diesel price has increased by 26 paise, according to the price notification by the oil retailers. With the latest fuel prices hike, the auto fuel prices breached the psychological mark of Rs 100 in Jammu as well. The fuel is being retailed above Rs 100 in all metro cities. These include Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Jammu and Kashmir, Odisha, Ladakh, Bihar, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Sikkim, Delhi, West Bengal and Nagaland.

• Mumbai: Petrol – ₹106.93 per litre; diesel – ₹97.46 per litre

• Chennai: Petrol – ₹101.67 per litre; diesel – ₹94.39 per litre
• Bengaluru: Petrol – ₹104.29 per litre; diesel – ₹95.26 per litre
• Hyderabad: Petrol – ₹104.86 per litre; diesel – ₹97.96 per litre
