Pak F16s scrambled to retaliate against IAF Mirage 2000s but returned: sources
Indian Air Force on Tuesday carried out aerial strikes at major terror camps in Pakistan occupied Kashmir with 1000 kg bomb. The air strike was carried out at 3:30 am.

According to media sources, “Pakistani F16s were scrambled to retaliate against IAF Mirage 2000s but turned back due to the size of Indian formation. Western Air Command coordinated operation.”
On the other hand, Pakistan claimed the Indian jets "released a payload" after Pakistan scrambled its own jets. According to sources, Indian fighter jets struck major terrorist camp across the LoC and destroyed it completely. It destroyed control rooms of the Jaish-e-Mohammad.
