Nodeep Kaur’s medical report reveals injuries on her body: Report
After activist Nodeep Kaur, who was taken to police custody, was released, a report stated that her medical examination revealed injuries on her body.
In her petition before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Nodeep Kaur had alleged that the Sonipat police personnel had beaten her in police custody.

According to the report, a copy of Nodeep’s medical examination, from Sonipat civil hospital, was placed on record before the High Court on Friday. It stated that there were injuries on her thigh and buttocks.
The report of Nodeep Kaur's medical examination was prepared by Dr Ibka Farooq, lady medical officer, civil hospital, Sonipat, on January 25 following the directions given by the Sonipat duty magistrate.

Likewise, Nodeep was examined on January 25 after which she told the doctor about the physical assault on her on January 12 at the Singhu border.
Thus, the High Court had directed the Sonipat police to produce her medical report after taking suo motu cognizance of the issue related to her alleged harassment in police custody.
Meanwhile, the DSGMC President Manjinder Singh Sirsa congratulated senior advocate RS Cheema and the legal team of DSGMC for working relentlessly and succeeding in the case of activist Nodeep Kaur.
