No-Trust Motion: TDP MP Refuses To Attend The Crucial Session, Says He Is 'Fed Up' Sumitra Mahajan, Lok Sabha Speaker accepted Telugu Desam Party's no-confidence motion against the Narendra Modi Government on Wednesday. Senior TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy who was the most vocal about the No-trust motion said that he is ‘fed-up’ of his party and Centre. Also, he will not attend the session. JC Diwakar Reddy is a Member of Parliament from Andhra Pradesh's Anantapur constituency. TDP MP Reddy said, “ I am not going to attend the Parliament session. You can say that I violated the party whip instructions. I am fed up with Centre and our TDP government. And I am fed up with the whole political system. Right now I am in my native place in Anantapur and will come in front of the media with my logic within a week." PM Narendra Modi-led government first time faces such a motion in their four-years of government. The monsoon session of the parliament on Wednesday started on a very high pitch note amid much drama. It was really unexpected that No-Confidence Motion would be accepted so easily. Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said that the discussion will be followed by voting on Friday. The discussion will be held for the full day, followed by voting on it.” On the other side, senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday announced that all opposition parties have come to a consensus to move the Vote of No Confidence Motion in the Monsoon Session. -PTC News
