No salary without Covid-19 vaccine certificate: Punjab Govt to its staff

The Punjab Government on Wednesday issued an order stating that no salary would be disbursed to those employees who did not possess Covid-19 vaccine certificate. Earlier, the Punjab Government had stated that employees failing to take even the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine for any reason other than medical would be compulsorily sent on leave after September 15. This order was issued by former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh. The employees have been asked to register their full or provisional Covid vaccination certificate number with its human resources portal iHRMS, failing which they will not get their salaries. The places included marriage halls, hotels, banks, any mall, any government office and bus. This was stated by Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij.
