Night curfew imposed in two more districts of Punjab amid rising COVID-19 cases
Coronavirus Punjab: Amid a spike in COVID-19 cases, a night curfew has been imposed in Patiala and Ludhiana from Friday onwards. Also, Jalandhar Deputy Commissioner has issued an order for all marriage halls, hotels and banquet halls to preserve CCTV footage of events organized in their premises so that implementation of gathering restrictions could be inspected by supervisors. Also, he has asked people to strictly adhere to all Covid safety norms, including wearing of face masks and social distancing. Coronavirus had not gone yet in Punjab, he had said.
