Shardiya Navratri 2021: Navratri is right around the corner and is considered as one of the biggest Hindu festivals. The festival spans nine nights where people worship Goddess Durga. The word Navratri has been derived from Sanskrit, 'nava' means nine and 'ratris' night. This year it will be celebrated from October 7 to October 15.   • Add vegetables and salads to your diet. You can add chaat masala.
  • Have lemon water. You can add juice of lemon to a glass of water, one teaspoon honey and a pinch of salt.
  • Oranges, apples, pineapples, papaya, carrots, tomato, cucumber, etc are good options to keep yourself energetic.
  • Have buttermilk and coconut water to keep yourself hydrated. Drink plenty of water too.
  • Can eat heavier foods during the day, but have a light dinner.
